It was in November of 1955 that George and Peg Brown set the bar for quality in their restaurant -- and

it would appear that it's never been lowered. Priding themselves on home-style cooking, using only fresh ingredients,

"The Wishbone" is known mostly for their fried chicken, homemade onion rings and milkshakes / old-fashioned

malts / ice cream sodas. They also offer a variety of sandwiches and burgers at great prices and served by

very friendly, smiling employees who are clearly proud of where they work.

"...Best place in the whole world. I've been coming here...FOREVER! In fact, it's my third time here this week! "
