Executive Chef Roger Mumm is -- lucky for us -- an avid crab fisherman as well! All  King Crab served at Henry's
is pulled by Roger himself from frosty Alaskan waters. It is succulent, tender, sweet and buttery -- you
simply do not want it to end! More meat than you've probably every pulled from the shell
of a crab anywhere.
