All western style knives are sharpened on water cooled Cubic Boron Nitride sharpening systems and then hand stropped. This process ensures there can be no damage to your knives heat treating and temper. This sharpening service is suitable for nearly all common non serrated knives used in the United States. If you are unsure of what style of knife you have, this service should be used and we will contact you if there is a discrepancy.

 
Upon request we can modify the current edge angles on your knives at no extra charge for an even sharper edge. This will however result in faster dulling due to the very fine edge. If you have more than one knife in need of sharpening please be sure to specify which knife you want modified.
