Whether you're needing a place that's a close ride from the airport or you're 45 minutes northeast of Anchorage, Jens' is NOT to be missed -- SEEK IT OUT!!!  You'll be glad you did. We left this place with a huge smile on our faces! We find it difficult to prioritize whether the smile came from the elegantly playful ambiance, the absolutely perfect meal or the adorable Dane that owns the place. Jens (pronounced 'yence' ) puts his soul into his restaurant, as is evident by its immaculate setting and the outstanding meals that he prepares. He also exhibits the work of various artists, so be sure to pay close attention to the walls--walk right up to them, he won't mind!
